Customs Duties
Usually the total value of CDs ordered is within the duty-free quota permissible by most countries, thus there is usually no requirement to pay duty.
Shipping Rates
The cost of shipping your order to you varies with the distance from our Dispatch Center, which is now in Harare, Zimbabwe.

Delivery
Orders
will be shipped as soon as they have been
filled, out of stock items may take up to 7 days
to be re-stocked; if your order cannot be
shipped within that time you will be notified by
e-mail.

Out of Stock
Although
we take care to keep enough stock of all titles,
there maybe be incidents whereby an ordered item
is either temporarily or permanently out of
stock.
In
cases where the compact disc (CD) is temporarily
out of stock, we will always wait to acquire the
stock and then post it to you. If however there
is a long delay, or a subsequent unavailability
of that particular title, Expomusique will email
the customer to resolve the
situation.
Missing
parcels
All
parcels are dispatched by ordinary airmail post
and allocated a tracing number. This allows
Expomusique to track any parcel that may have
gone missing. A parcel is assumed missing after
three months, there after Expomusique will
instigate a 'track and
trace'.
It
must be noted that, although a parcel may
occasionally arrive very late, we have had very
few incidents of parcels actually going missing.
If
the parcel is eventually declared lost, due to
our error, Expomusique undertakes to replace the
missing parcel at our own
expense.
However
if the error leading to the missing of the
parcel occurred because of wrong details
supplied by the client then Expomusique will
not be liable for any
losses.
Return Policy
If
a customer receives a faulty compact disc, or a
wrong disc; as a result of our error,
Expomusique undertakes to pay both the postage
expenses incurred by the customer returning the
parcel, and the re-sending of the correct or
fault-free compact disc.
However,
if the compact disc was mistakenly ordered, the
disc will be exchanged at the buyer's postal
expense, and Expomusique's
discretion.
